Welcome To Units of Government

Welcome to the Sangamon County Clerk’s online Units of Government system. More than 120 agencies will use this system to submit lists of people required to file a Statement of Economic Interests with the Sangamon County Clerk's Office.

The Illinois Governmental Ethics Act requires Units of Government to submit an updated filer list by February of each year.

You will see two blank fields to your right - one for your Username and the other for your Password. Your Username is the agency code for your unit of government. That number and a temporary password are located at the top of the email that was sent to you.

If you've forgotten or misplaced your password, simply click on "Forgot your password?" and you will be prompted to enter your Agency Code. An email with a new temporary password will be sent to the email address on file for your unit of government. Follow the instructions to retrieve your temporary password.
